ABOUT ME My name is Joyce Shatara. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. The passion for my work comes from seeing the impact it has on my clients well being. Whether it be relief from chronic pain , reduced stress or simply getting a better night sleep. Thank you for choosing me to be apart of your wellness journey. SERVICE POLICY I take pride in my work. Above all else, I want you feel great after your massage service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your your service allow me to make the proper adjustments. Please contact me via email or instagram within 14 days of your service. After 14 days, a complimentary adjustment will not be considered and additional service / product fees may result. Any retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. I do not provide refunds on services or products. CANCELLATION POLICY Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online, over the phone or in person. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour mark, a 50% charge of the service booked will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a 50% of the services booked. GUEST POLICY Hand and Wellness is not child and pet proof. I ask you refrain from being small children and pets other than service animals into the suite.
