In this class, you’ll move mindfully and hold each posture for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle into stillness. Yin yoga helps improve flexibility, circulation, and emotional balance, making it the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle or more active yoga styles. All levels are welcome—no experience needed.
